Thank you for visiting my website. Photography came along in 2015 for me after experimenting with making short films and exploring an interest in making time lapses. A fascination with sunrise and sunset soon followed which ultimately led me to where I am now, on a never-ending quest to seek out the best light possible and capture my favourite subjects and locations bathed in it.
After dipping my toe into the world of landscape photography and beginning to learn the craft with the stunning county of Dorset as my stomping ground I soon realised how incredibly diverse this county I proudly call home is!
When not spending time with my wife, Marta and our two girls I am often out with my camera enjoying the wonderful sights Dorset has to offer.
I hope you enjoy the images I've captured so far as this hobby of photography slowly begins to take over my life one photo at a time...
I am fortunate to have worked with various local companies over the years supplying images for website and marketing purposes.
My work has featured in local and national press such as:
The Times, The Telegraph, The Metro, The Daily Express, The Daily Mail, The Sun, Dorset County Council and many more local businesses and organisations.
BBC The One Show:
In 2016, after a feature of mine was picked up in The Metro, I was contacted by the BBC One Show to film a piece on me and my photography. A BBC film crew filmed me at work and and came with me to capture a sunrise the morning afterwards at the iconic Corfe Castle.
The finished article went out nationwide February 2017 and was well received across the country with many people contacting me to order prints and find out more about me and what I do, The piece really helped my work reach a wider audience and to this day I still get contacted about it, I'm always happy to meet new people and discuss all things photography related!
I am looking to the future with plans to continue growing as photographer aiming to hone my craft.
I hope that when viewing my work you feel something, a connection with the landscape or maybe experience a rekindling of a childhood memory from holidays growing up as a child.
A photo can instantly transport us to a time in our lives and the medium of still photography has given me so much more of an understanding of the world we live in.
Thank you for looking.
